The Ultimate World Cup 2026 Schedule Planner: Save, Sync, and Print Your Dream Itinerary

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ will be a tournament of unprecedented scale. With 48 teams, 16 host cities across three countries, and a record-breaking 104 matches, keeping track of the action is going to be a challenge. Whether you are a superfan planning a cross-continental road trip or a viewer at home trying to catch every kickoff, a static list of games just isn't enough anymore.

You need a plan. You need a strategy.

That is why we are thrilled to announce a massive upgrade to our Venue Schedule Page. We have transformed it from a simple list into a powerful World Cup 2026 Schedule Planner.

Gone are the days of manually calculating time differences or scribbling dates on a napkin. With our latest update, you can build your custom itinerary, sync it to your personal calendar, check for logistical conflicts, and print a hard copy for your fridge—all in one place.

Feature 1: Build Your Personal "Saved Games" List

With 104 games to choose from, no one can watch them all (though we know some of you will try!). The first step in planning is curation.

Our new "Save Game" feature allows you to bookmark the matches that matter most to you.

  • How it works: Simply click the Heart Icon next to any match on the schedule.
  • The Result: These matches are instantly added to your "My Saved Games" tab. This filters out the noise and gives you a clean, personalized view of your tournament.

Whether you are following the USMNT's path through the group stage or targeting specific blockbuster matchups like Brazil vs. England, you can keep them organized with a single click.

Feature 2: Time Zone Mastery (Local vs. Your Time)

One of the biggest headaches of a World Cup spread across four time zones (Pacific, Central, Eastern, and Mexico City time) is figuring out when the ball actually rolls. A 6:00 PM kickoff in Los Angeles is 9:00 PM in New York and 2:00 AM in London.

We’ve solved this math for you. Our schedule planner now displays two distinct times for every single match:

  1. Local Venue Time: The time the match starts at the stadium. This is essential for travelers planning their arrival, tailgating, and transportation to the venue.
  2. Your Time: The match time converted automatically to your device's current timezone.

No more googling "time difference between Guadalajara and Vancouver." We show you exactly when to tune in or show up.

Feature 3: Add to Calendar (Google, Outlook, iCal)

You've picked your matches. Now, make sure you don't miss them.

With our new "Add to Calendar" integration, you can push your entire saved schedule—or individual matches—directly to your personal digital calendar.

  • Seamless Sync: Works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iCal), Outlook, and more.
  • Rich Details: The calendar event includes the match number, the round, the venue, and the teams (once known).

This is perfect for home viewers ensuring they block out work time for big games, or for travelers creating a master itinerary that sits right alongside their flight and hotel bookings.

Sync your custom schedule directly to your phone or desktop calendar with one click.

Feature 4: Intelligent Conflict Detection

For the ambitious traveler planning to attend multiple matches, the geography of North America is the biggest opponent. You might be tempted to catch a 1:00 PM game in Miami and an 8:00 PM game in Atlanta on the same day. But is that actually possible?

Our planner now includes a Conflict Detection System.

  • Overlap Warnings: If you save two matches that overlap in time, the system will flag them.
  • Travel Warnings: If you save matches in different cities on the same day (or very close together), the planner will alert you to the logistical challenge.

This feature helps you build a realistic itinerary, saving you from booking tickets for games you physically cannot reach. Before you spend thousands on the secondary ticket market, use our planner to validate your route.

Feature 5: Print Your Schedule

Sometimes, digital just doesn't cut it. Maybe you want a physical checklist for your travel binder, or you want to pin the schedule up in your office or local pub.

We've added a dedicated "Print Schedule" button. This reformats your personalized list of saved games into a clean, printer-friendly PDF layout. It strips away the website navigation and ads, leaving you with a clear, readable itinerary including dates, times, and locations.

How to Use the World Cup 2026 Planner

Ready to organize your summer of soccer? Here is a quick step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule: Go to the Venue Schedule Page.
  2. Filter and Explore: Use the filters to search by City (e.g., "New York/New Jersey"), Group (e.g., "Group A"), or Date.
  3. Heart Your Favorites: Click the heart icon on the matches you want to attend or watch.
  4. Review "My Schedule": Click the "My Schedule" tab to see your curated list.
  5. Check for Conflicts: Look for any warning icons indicating overlapping times or impossible travel.
  6. Sync or Print: Use the "Add to Calendar" button to sync to your phone, or hit "Print" to get a hard copy.

Integrating with Your Simulation

  • Run a simulation to see where your favorite team is likely to play.
  • Note the Match Numbers (e.g., Match 81, Match 94).
  • Go to the Schedule Planner and find those specific match numbers.
  • Save them to your calendar so you are ready when the real teams are confirmed.
