You can now experience the entire simulator—from the group stage draw to the final whistle of the knockout bracket—in five different languages:

  • English
  • Español (Spanish)
  • Français (French)
  • 한국어 (Korean)
  • 中文 (Chinese)

This update is about more than just translation; it's about creating an authentic and inclusive experience for football fans worldwide. Whether you're analyzing team stats, simulating the draw, or sharing your championship predictions, you can now do it all in the language you're most comfortable with.

What’s Included in the Multi-Language Update?

We’ve gone beyond simple button translations. This is a comprehensive localization effort designed to make every aspect of the simulator feel native to you.

A Fully Translated User Interface

Every piece of text you see on the screen has been professionally translated. This includes:

  • Navigation Tabs: "Group Draw," "Knockout Stage," and all other navigation elements are now localized.
  • Buttons and Controls: Every button, from "Simulate Group Stage" to "Share My Prediction," is in your chosen language.
  • Instructions and Descriptions: All explanatory text and tooltips have been carefully translated to ensure you understand every feature.
  • Chaos Factor: Even the fun and unique "Chaos Factor" slider is fully localized, so you can dial up the drama no matter what language you speak.

Translated Nation Names and Tooltips

One of the most exciting parts of this update is the localization of team names. While official FIFA codes (like "USA" or "BRA") remain for consistency, the full names of all 48 nations are now displayed in your selected language.

This is especially powerful in the Knockout Bracket. When you're deep into the tournament, simply hover over a team's three-letter code, and a tooltip will appear showing the full country name in your language. This small detail makes a huge difference, allowing for quick identification and a more immersive experience. No more guessing which team "IRN" or "CIV" represents!

Localized Sharable Images

Sharing your World Cup predictions is a huge part of the fun. We’ve completely rebuilt our image generation engine to be language-aware. When you click "Share My Prediction" or "Share Standings," the generated image will be entirely in your selected language.

This means:

  • Group headers and table columns are translated.
  • Team names are localized.
  • The title and footer text on the image all appear in your language.

Now, you can share your bracket with friends, family, and followers from your home country, and they'll be able to understand it instantly.

How to Switch Languages

Getting started is simple. Look for the new globe icon in the top-right corner of the simulator. Clicking it will open a dropdown menu where you can select your preferred language. The entire application will instantly update without losing your simulation progress.

You can switch languages at any time. Want to see what your group looks like in Korean? Curious about the French translation for "Chaos Factor"? Feel free to explore!
